FAQ plugin : link to the top of the page

Hi all,

It seems that it's not possible to add a "TOP" link after each answer in
the Maven-generated FAQs? (as you can find on lots of FAQs)

Has someone already implemeted this?
If not, I will certainly do it. I could then submit the patch.
