Hi, I'm a user of Maven since quite long time (even Maven 1.x).
But now I'm using Maven to build a small technology that helps us to distribute language resources (i.e., NLP models): https://bitbucket.org/ssix-project/moven I'd like to formally express some details of its implementation. So I've been looking for the technical specification of the Maven Repository Protocol, but I can't find it anywhere. Is there such document somewhere out the code? Thanks in advance. Cheers,
