Hello, I just ran into this issue: * In some Maven projects we activate additional repositories in settings.xml with the help of a marker file in a project. * With 3.8.4 using `installAtEnd` resp. `deployAtEnd` do work properly, with 3.8.5 and 3.8.6 nothing is installed or deployed. * I created a small sample project with instructions how to reproduce at https://github.com/mfriedenhagen/atend.
