Hello, Could someone clarify what "repo" actually means in terms of license distribution. I searched the interwebz without much success.
I also find the official documentation <https://maven.apache.org/pom.html#Licenses> quite vague: This describes how the project may be legally distributed. The two stated > methods are repo (they may be downloaded from a Maven repository) or manual > (they must be manually installed). > What does "downloaded from a Maven repository" mean here?
