Hi all, Is there a goal that runs before dependencies are downloaded, that I could attach some Jelly code (pregoal/postgoal) to alter the maven.mode.online property value programmatically? In fact, extending the question further, are there 'internal' goals that always execute whenever you run any Maven plugin goal, and if so, what are they?
