I have just committed the changes that Matt supplied to bump webtest to
build 733.  I've tested on Windows, please test on antoher platform.  As
soon as Siegfried get's his patch in, we can cut a release.

I can test it on OS X since that's what I built and tested it on in the 
first place.  You'll have to send me a list of goals you'd like me to 
run and verify.  If it's part of a standalone app (rather than my app), 
that would probably be best.
