In the Change Log and File Activity reports, the File/Message entries look fine, but the link to the svn repository is incorrect.

I tried a few things in the POM, googled, and looked through the site docs and reference properties, but nothing jumps out at me.

That was because the default cache was not stored in /target/. It's configurable.
