Is the maven plugins scm still in CVS or has it moved to SVN? The 
plugins site shows an svn url, but no other details.

If in svn, would a "svn checkout 
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs/maven/maven-1/plugins/trunk/"; command suffice?

hi actually I checked again right after, and indeed I was logged out for 
some reason, but I thought that since I'd already sent the mail, it 
would do. I'll file it as a JIRA issue with a patch.
