M2_REPO must be set manually in work workspace.
You need to add :
org.eclipse.jdt.core.classpathVariable.M2_REPO=path_to_your_local_repository
in
workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs
or add it by eclipse interface.
Can you open a jira issue for create a new mojo for add this line
automatically?
