Problem with xmlbeans ant fileset

I'm using maven2 and i'm trying to us xmlbeans plugin. I need to set files 
so could find them. Please HELP!!! My pom.xml looks like this, but fileset 
dosen't work:
PLEASE!! I't urgent!!!
