Thanks Edwin. After a quick cursory look at the guide, I am intrigued to know if anyone can contribute pom's for ANY project or component. For instance, I start creating a new maven project for a project called bandit ( http://www.bandit-project.org), and it has a reliance on an open source library for XACML. I discover that the XACML libraries are not in the registry, can I proactively generate a pom for those libraries, or should the pom come from the committers on the XACML project?
