I've just tried this .Went into the smallest of my modules and ran "mvn jxr:jxr".Checked the target folder.Seems the html files for the java classes are not being created.The only html files being created are : index.html allclasses-frame.html package-frame.html package-summary.html overview-frame.html overview-summary.html stylesheet.css -
