I am just starting to learn Maven. I am trying to follow the instrucations in "Better Builds with Maven" but get the following message right off the bat:
It requires a project with an existing pom.xml , but the build is not using one. I am using maven2.0.4 on Windows XP. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks
