You touched off a nice discussion, but it doesn't look like anyone fixed the broken links yet. I'm having trouble generating the wagon site, so I've posted a question on the development list. I also asked about the 'don't report broken links' advice in the 404 page, and it turns out that there is no automated link checking at the moment. We'll get that corrected to encourage people to report them.
