Maven-site-plugin with file wagon

How can I configure maven-site-plugin to use file wagon.
I update the site distributionManagement with the file path, but it
didnt work.
 
in Maven 1 it seems we can use fsdeploy. What is the equivalent for
maven 2 ?
There seems to be a parameter wagonManager we can specify.. But not sue
what or how to set that up.
