Please do some reading about M2 on your own, and stop sending this
question to the list. The resources suggested by Tim will be very
helpful in your self-education efforts.

purely for m1. For m2 you only need the 'pom.xml'. I advise you to have
look at the 'Getting Started Guide' [1] and/or the free maven book [2]
