There are several Maven 2 plugins for IDEA

We have had some luck using the Maven Reloaded plugin to download the
jars and put the references to them in .m2 in the IDEA classpath, but we
would haven't figured out how to make it order that classpath (putting
older versions of some jars at the bottom).
