Hi, I've defined in settings.xml file (under M2_HOME/conf/) a profile (my-profile) and set it to be activated. I removed file "C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\.m2\settings.xml". When I run build using maven, it knows to uses my-profile, but when I create a maven project using the maven-embedder, it doesn't have any active profiles. Please help, Thanks!
