Hi Lee, I think by default the relative path is ../pom.xml which is ok unless you have a flat (eclipse friendly) structure like we do. So you probably don't need it set.
Yes I most certainly have <modules> in my parent. >From the logs tho, it is using the parent ${basedir} even when it is within a module. I will try to install as a hacky workaround in the meantime Cheers!!!
