I have set up a auto generated jar file upon code change using "Edit lunch configuration properties" window (see below). It's working fine but I would like to change the destination for jar that has been created. Right now, it's putting under the project default dir. C:\WorkspaceMyEclipse\HRTrainingPersistence\target. What would be the arguments to change jar destination dir so instead of putting the jar under target dir, I want to change it to T:\java\lib dir somthing like that.
