Thanks for reply, I omitted that if maven run as a super-user task all works correctly, and so was with normal-user runs until a few days ago, when suddenly (and without any evident cause) maven was no more able to perform builds as a normal-user... The problem isn't vital, because I can do everything as root, but I'd like to know what happened.
