the easiest way is to create a new directory in your home directory get all the files needed for the installation in that same directory using wget http://mbuni.org/mbuni-0.9.6.tgz wget http://www.kannel.org/download/1.4.0/gateway-1.4.0.tar.bz2 ... same for the 3GPP amr encoder / decoder
get only ONE patch from the "Kannel 1.4.0 Patch" section (either minimal or full) also using wget http://mbuni.org/mbuni-kannel-patch-full and the 3GPP encoder / decoder using the same way.
then you can proceed to the installation in itself following step by step
(don't forget between each installation to return to your download directory with cd ..)
