You are right. This was an oversight. It should more properly be

Is there a way for me to get a more detailed DLR including the
actual StatusCode, StatusText and Detail parts? Is it configuration
or request based?
If it is not available, my question would have to be why not, as
this detail is quite useful information for debugging send issues?
