Well, according to the documentation "URL to invoke when a delivery report for this message is received". So this means that when Mbuni receives a delivery report, it will call the URL you supplied with this CGI param, in the send-mms call. Further, the documentation states: "Mbuni VAS Gateway utilises a number of HTTP extension headers to pass additional MM information to and receive information from the MMS Service.. "

So you see, when the URL is called, information will be passed to it, which tells you a little more about the DLR. Of course you can also pass a unique URL to send-mms so you don't need the return info. Or at least you only have to look for status information.
