Hi list, in my case the problem was in from mmsc side .i exactly understand that one vasp-url is not invoking in my case from the mmsc side .i am not getting the delvery_req .but i pass the dlr-url means i am getting deliver_resp . t get deliver_req wat i can take necessary steps from my side .pls some one help me on this issuse.
