Maybe it make sense to add hint in the mbuni user guide to set
concatenation = true
max-messages = 10
in for the kannel sendsms-user group.

Obviously kannel didn't send the full SMS notification, but only a
part of it. It aborts exactly, where the http get request contains a
"%00". It seems that avoiding the usage of '@' in the fetch URL could
circumvent the problem.
Any other ideas?
