We found mbuni to answer a MM4_Forward.REQ with a MM4_Forward.RES which
doesn't contain the original Message ID (Header X-Mms-Message-ID).
According to "Table 42: Information elements in the MM4_forward.RES." of
"3GPP TS 23.140 V6.16.0" the Message ID is described as "the Message ID
of the MM which has been forwarded within the corresponding
MM4_forward.REQ".
But mbuni uses its own generated Message ID. See line 475 of
mmsc/mmsfromemail.c:
send_mm4_res(mtype+1, orig_sys, me, transid, err, newmsgid, sendmail_cmd);
Our partner's MMSC software isn't able to merge our MM4_Forward.RES with
its MM4_Forward.REQ.
