Memory Leak in BoshBackedSessionContext

Hi,

I'm using the 0.7 branch of Vysper, and I'm experiencing what appears to be
a memory leak in the BoshBackedSessionContext.  Specifically, the heap
dumps show that an instance of LinkedList occupies approximately 300+ mb of
heap space.  It appears that this is the DelayedResponseQueue member of the
class, and it has over 700,000 instances of Stanza contained therein.  I
was cruious what may cause this queue to never completely empty out
properly.
