those wizards are not online anymore. Those wizards were made in the SCAN time, and hardly anybody is using SCAN anymore. And the wizards where only working with an old version of MMBase. That's why they are off-line. But are you sure you wanted to look to the wizards that were helping you to make templates ? Or do you want to look at the edit wizards, that provide you with task based editors ?
