You could define a field as type NODE (possibly with a name of a node-type
in 'guitype'). Then it works as a reference to another node (like the
'snumber' and 'dnumber' fields of relation objects). You could retrieve it
by Node nodeValue = node.getNodeValue("<some_node_filed>") I think.
It's a rather new feature in MMBase (though present already in 1.6, IIRC),
It can be usefull, but perhaps is not yet as feature-rich as it could or
should be.
