I have
used www.kgbinternet.com in the past
and they have been really good, for Canadians :) . I believe they have TC
version 5 and mysql for about $20 cad - about $15 US. ( private instance
). I hosted a struts app not jsf, but as noted by others it should work.
However a Google of jsp hosting will keep you busy for years, there are
tons.
