You can just use a generic navigation rule like this one:

 <navigation-rule>
          <navigation-case>
                        <from-outcome>manageAddress</from-outcome>
                        
<to-view-id>/constituent/profile/manageAddress.jsp</to-view-id>
                </navigation-case>
</navigation-rule>
