Tomcat 4.0.30 not running with MyFaces

Title: Tomcat 4.0.30 not running with MyFaces

Hello all,

I am trying to run MyFaces with Tomcat 4.0.30 for backward compatability.

Documentation states that MyFaces will work with Tomcat 4.x.

I have included the jsp-2.0.jar file in my WEB-INF/lib directory and JSF runs fine, yet when I add the ExtensionsFilter to my web.xml I get this exception.

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: This absolute uri (http://java.sun.com/jsf/core) cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application

Has anybody beaten this problem?
