Hi,
hm I regsitered the component like this:

<validator-id>itecon.web.validator.ValidateCompareDate</validator-id>
<validator-class>
itecon.web.validator.ValidateCompareDate
</validator-class>
</validator>
Is that wrong?
Btw. perhaps I need to mention that I am using myfaces with facelets.
