Luiz, try adding this too as a filter mapping for your MyFacesExtensionsFilter:
<filter-mapping>
<filter-name>MyFacesExtensionsFilter</filter-name>
<url-pattern>/faces/*</url-pattern>
</filter-mapping>
I had trouble with my calendar till i added this..
