Hi,

What I could say for now is;

Ran into a similiar problem once and solved it, Under websphere6's lib directory there are several jar files related to jsf like ws-jsf.jar, jsf-ibm.jar etc. You could try to delete these files to prevent conflicts. Also you could set the class loader of the module using myfaces libraries as parent_last.
