Building sandbox components from latest source

I downloaded the latest sandbox source from svn, but found no build 
subdirectory or build file in the sandbox source subtree.  Also the 
nightly tomahawk binary distributions available for download don't 
appear to include the sandbox components.  For the moment I'm just 
interested in building a couple of the latest sandbox components to 
check out the changes vice the MyFaces 1.1.1 versions.  Where can I find 
build instructions/ build files for these?
