The ADF Faces source code is already available under the Apache 2.0
license at this location:
http://people.apache.org/~bdudney/apache-drop.zip
Obviously that is a temporary location we are going to submit a proposal
to the incubator PMC at the end of this week, so stay tuned.

You can use ADF Faces together with MyFaces and/or the Tomahawk
components. Component libraries can generally be used together without
problems, although I understand Tobago is an exception.
Well you have to go for the Tomahawk nightlies to be able to mix ADF and
myfaces, to my understanding. I know Bruno has fixed a long outstanding
bug recently which prevented the mix of both component sets.
(I have never tried to mix em though)
