This is strange - this doesn't seem to be a problem of the tree but a more 
general one. Neither the tree.js or cookie.js files, nor the getScrolling() 
function is included in the page when it is called the first time. If I 
reload the page everything is fine. Can anybody give me a hint where this 
stuff is generated?
