fields in between 2 radio button

hi,

we are trying to port an old app to JSF.  now one of the screens has 
fields in between radio button.  how do we do this?

Example:
[o] radio1  [inputText]  outputText  [o] radio2

where radio1 and redio2 are select items of a component.
