To use s:focus for scrolling is an interesting idea!
I didn't think of that earlier. Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if s:focus could be made 'conditionally' On the first opening of a page I don't want to scroll, so the user can start at the top of the page. If the user submits a form and returns to the pages, I would prefer to scroll to a sensible default. ( eighter to the first form-field with validation-erros, or the button used to submit the form. ) I don't see how I can get that working with the focus-component at this time. I'll think about it some more and might come back on this.
