[Trinidad] read only table and getRowData() on each JSF phase problem

hi, Trinidad users
during page navigation i experience a behaviour that a read only table calls 
getRowData() (for each row of course) on each JSF phase (4 times!!!):
on decode, validation and apply request values it gets data from previous page 
(not needed)

is it possible to configure a read only table to get data only on render 
phase?????

no wonder JSF is so slow!!!!!!!!!
