Hi,

this "redirect-in-render-response-phase" works with Mojarra in both
caces (ajax, HTML request)? 
We can fix it in myfaces. Spec mandates endDocument() in
ViewDeclarationLanguage.renderView(), but we can ignore it or find a
workaround for that.
