After discover where the problem come I did a fresh install, so logs are gone.

But I have remembered that I had the same problem in Netbeans 8.2 with lastest 
Java 1.8 version, and I had to go to a previous version of Java 1.8 to solve 
it, so, I quite sure that the import settings function works fine and the 
problem is located at something stored in my settings.
