Thanks, problem solved!

Two other snap related things

   1. I'm unable to pin 11.3beta1 to my KDE dock
   2. I installed it with: sudo snap install --edge netbeans-dev --classic
   and somehow my 11.2 snap got tainted with some 11.3 stuff.
   Not really sure what has happened but it feels a bit messed up, like a
   hybrid version of 11.2 & 11.3 when launching 11.2.
   New splash, old plugins.
