Ok, thanks, well, it's been awhile since I installed a new version of NetBeans and I'm having some issues. I installed 12.0 beta, started up, chose NOT to import new settings. I went into options to activate Maven ( I think I have to do that?) and when I go in there for some reason it tells me I need to install JavaFX.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. ________________________________ From: Geertjan Wielenga <[email protected]> Sent: May 20, 2020 3:06 PM To: joe schmo <[email protected]> Cc: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: Re: 12.0-beta-4 No plugins needed for that. Maven JavaFX projects work out of the box. I get multiple error messages (see screenshot). As I said I've had no issues with previous versions, I started with an empty cache, my proxy settings are set to 'Use System proxy settings'. I'm not sure how to check if my firewall is blocking traffic (it wasn't with 11.3) Any ideas?
