certainly not best practise, but an ANT legacy. To make things worse, it is auto-generating code which declares static resource variables for a folder of icons. You will get Icon enums at the end of it, which is very practical for UIs but certainly ugly regarding coding conventions. Though nothing I would like to touch right now, because it just works.
