Hi, I just updated from 11.3 to 12.6. I used to run it with JDK 8 and switched to JDK 17. My OS is Windows 10. After the update NetBeans freezes from time to time randomly as far as I know. The screen remains grays for several seconds and eventually it goes back to normal. It is almost a clean installation as I transfered manually the configuration. Any tips about how to debug the issue and provide useful information in a JIRA issue?
