I'm really not an expert of Netbeans, and I use Linux... I just want to
point you out that on the Download page says:
The Apache NetBeans 14 binary releases require JDK 11+, and officially
support running on JDK 11 and JDK 17
Maybe doesn't solve this problem and you still have to tell Netbeans
where the OpenJDK files are, but I would consider to install the
suggested version of OpenJDK :)) unless you know what you are doing...
