The FlatLaf 3.6 demo works fine as far as changing font family and size. It is not saving the font options between runs, but not sure if it is supposed to. It does save the Theme selection.
In the demo I did File > Open on ~/.netbeans/26/config/LookAndFeel/FlatLaf.properties and did not see any changes in the UI, but not sure if that is supposed to work or not.
